Обратите внимание, что надбавка в GDS указывается как YQ и НЕ ВОЗВРАЩАЕТСЯ независимо от того, допускают ли условия билета возврат средств или нет.

Kindly note that the GDS surcharge is filed as YQ and is NON-REFUNDABLE whether the ticket conditions allow for refund or not. 

Distribution Surcharge

The table below shows the surcharges along with examples. These will apply on all fares, fare types, booking classes in all markets.

Please note that distribution surcharge will be re-assessed regularly and is subject to change in the future.

DistributionSurchargeTax(YQ)

The distribution surcharge is filed in the GDS as a YQ tax and is NON-REFUNDABLE whether the ticket conditions allow for refund or not.  YQ tax is only refundable if the PNR is affected due to involuntary changes on Kenya Airways operated flights or codeshare partners and ticket issued on 706 paper. 

Fuel SurchargeTax(YR)

Fuel Surcharge (YR) tax is only refundable if the fare is refundable, if the fare is non-refundable the YR tax will be non-refundable.
