1.    AI-195/196 of 21st Apr'22  stands cancelled.

2.    Operations of AI-195/196 effective 24th  Apr'22 will be subject to revised regulatory guidelines which will intimated on receipt.

Kindly repeat the information about the waiver code circular also REFUNDS CAN BE DONE IN GDS NOW .

In view of recent uncertainties to flights from India to/from Moscow, Russia (SVO), it has been decided that passengers holding confirmed tickets (098 documents) may avail one free change (Flight/Date) to a new date within the validity of the ticket. Passenger wanting to avail refund may also be allowed at NIL charges. However, booking must be cancelled before the ticket is considered as no-show.

Waiver code to be used: 04/22/RU

Validity of waiver: With immediate effect till further notice.

Any RA’s raised  BSP’s need to be cancelled and refund to done in GDS .
