В виду недавней неопределенности из-за всплеска случаев заболевания COVID в Индии и в качестве лояльности к пассажирам, с немедленным вступлением в силу, авиакомпанией Air India было принято решение допускать ОДНОКРАТНЫЙ БЕСПЛАТНЫЙ ОБМЕН БИЛЕТА для билетов, оформленных после 12 января 2022 г. с подтвержденным путешествием до 31 марта 2022 года включительно - для пассажиров, следующих из ОАЭ, Кувейта, Катара и Саудовской Аравии.

Dear All,

In view of recent uncertainties due to surge in COVID cases India and as a tool to instil passenger confidence, it has been decided to offer ONE FREE CHANGE for all tickets issued after 12 Jan 2022 with confirmed travel on/before 31 March 2022 for passenger originating their travel from UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and KSA. 

Terms & Conditions below,

One free change applicable to all confirmed tickets issued after 12 Jan 2022 with confirmed travel on/before 31 March 2022.

Change is defined as change in date or flight number. 

(For Convenience the One Free Change rule is also being filed in Category -16.)

Terms & Conditions:

1.  Applicable to all 098 documents issued itineraries originating from UAE (DXB & AUH), KWI, Qatar (DOH) and KSA (DMM/JED/RUH).

2. Travel date – Applicable on all tickets issued after 12 Jan 2022 with confirmed travel on/before 31 March 2022 and passenger can rebook for any new future date within the validity of their existing tickets. 

3. Passengers availing Free change option has to necessarily follow respective timelines for change as per fare rules. Failure may result in no-show.

4.  Applicable for all classes and FFP redemption tickets. Waiver is limited to FIT passengers only and not applicable for Groups. 

5. In case of change option exercised and passenger is unable to get the same RBD for the new date, applicable difference of fare will be charged.

a.      NO DOWNSELLING will be permitted.

b.      In case same RBD is available but fare is higher, passenger will have to pay fare difference. 

c.       In case, same RBD available but tax differential is applicable, additional difference will have to be collected from the passenger.

    Any subsequent change, after availing this one time Free change will be governed by respective fare rules.
