We are delighted to announce that today we have launched two new fare brands – Select and Select Pro.
In these times of constant change, we recognise that we need to offer you and your customers flexibility, which is why we have introduced these new fare brands. Select and Select Pro will sit alongside the current Basic, Standard/Plus and Fully Flexible fares and will enhance the suite of fare options available.
Select and Select Pro are available to book now exclusively via your GDS (or via NDC connection for British Airways). It will allow customers the flexibility to cancel a flight and claim a partial or full refund, should their travel plans change.
The table below shows the different benefits and attributes of each of the available fare brands:

British Airways “book with confidence” commitment for free changes or the ability to take a voucher will continue to apply to all Basic, Standard/Plus, Fully Flexible, Select and Select Pro bookings. As always, if a flight is cancelled the customer is entitled to a full refund. Iberia’s Safe and Flexible Flight Policy continues to apply to all Select and Select Pro bookings.
These new fare brands will also be available to book through the Atlantic Joint Business partners American Airlines and Finnair on transatlantic itineraries.
