For those bookings where travel is within 72 hours, has an instant purchase fare or requires same day ticketing, please call our local Trade Support office.

For all other credit voucher redemption requests, a new webform has been developed and is accessible through the NDC Comms Hub. You can also access the form by clicking here or using this link https://ndc.ba.com/forms/ndccredit

For any involuntary NDC refunds or voucher requests, please continue to use the NDC COVID-19 webform.

As well as the above, on 10th June 2020 we launched a new webform for agents to request residual value EMD for GDS bookings. This can also be found on ourwebsite. Please note the new webform is available for non-Amadeus users where your GDS provider does not already support residual value EMD functionality on British Airways 125 tickets.
