Repatriation flights By the end of April, Iberia will have carried more than 30 special flights to 20 different countries, bringing home more than 8,000 people.   Medical Supplies Air Corridor Iberia is transporting tons of medical material for hospitals all over Spain.        Donations for hospitals     We are donating hospitals items that are normally offered on board our flights: single use catering utensils and cutlery, duvets, pillows, amenity kits, etc.      Our Call Centers have attended more than one million customers in one month More than one million of customers have been attended by our Call Centers in one month, with the support and teamwork of all areas of the Company that more than ever are showing their best version of passion for customer service.     A unique team of volunteers The promoters of a medical supplies air corridor(Fenon, Oesía Group and Iberia) have provided about 40 professional volunteers in addition to Iberia Crew, to carry out this complex operations forming a unique team, working intensenly in a remote way.   Flexibility Policy Iberia´s latest Flexibility Policy can be found oniberiagencias.com.
