NEW BOOKINGS Free rebooking for tickets purchased from 05MAR – 30APR 2020 for travel through 31MAR, 2021. Valid on all SAS operated flights ticketed on SK/117-document. Other restrictions apply. Read more EXISTING BOOKINGS Free rebooking for tickets purchased before 04MAR, 2020 for travel originating before 15 MAY, 2020. Rebooking has to be made before original departure date with new travel completed by 31 MAR, 2021. Read more TRAVEL CREDIT VOUCHER We understand that the current situation makes it difficult to set a new travel date. SAS offers the possibility to postpone rebooking for all cancelled SAS flights with departure on/after 05MAR,2020. If the customer doesn’t travel with us before the ticket expires, the full value will be refunded. Read more NEW REFUND PROCEDURES Effective on/after 26MAR20 there has been a change to the Refund procedure for travel agents.
