We would like to inform you that, as of 27 March 2020, the refund option for electronic tickets and EMDs on Bulgaria Air stock will be temporary disabled for all markets through all GDS.
We would like to remind you that for all passengers, with cancelled flights or those who are unable to travel due to restrictions from the country authorities*, the airline offers the following options, completely free of charge:
- To keep the ticket with open dates for travel until the end of 2020, for any of the direct destinations of Bulgaria Air.
- + 1 additional service in case it is possible and at customer’s choice (Upgrade to Business class, 1 piece of checked-in baggage up to 23 kg, seat with more leg space, PETC/AVIH or UMNR)
- + in case the passenger would like to be accompanied by someone else, we guarantee that the second ticket will be issued at the same price, as the original ticket for the cancelled flight.
- + optional - name change (assignment of the ticket to someone else)!
In order for the passengers to take advantage of these options, the ticket issuer must cancel the original segments of the PNR, before the originally scheduled departure date.
* Listed options are provided to passengers with flights that fall under the official travel ban by country authorities.
