Groups Ad hoc/Incentive

 1. Groups booked until 5 March 2020. Travel from 6 March to 31 May 2020

• 1 change date allowed within the next 6 months after the original booked date;
• The date change must be requested by 13 april 2020;
• Fare re-evaluation, if applicable;
• For any cancelled seats, standard Terms and Conditions still apply.

 2. NEW groups booked from 6 March to 30 April 2020. Travel open

• Suspension of the change date restriction (15 days after the original booking);
• 1 change date allowed within the next 6 months after the original booked date;
• The date change can be requested up to 21 days before departure;
• Fare re-evaluation, if applicable;
• For any cancelled seats, standard Terms and Conditions still apply.

 EXCEPTIONS

 1.Group Passengers who stayed in Italian areas of epidemiological risk COVID-19
     (as defined by D.P.C.M. 23 feb 2020, D.L.  23 feb 2020, n. 6)
     Booking Date: up to 22 February 2020
     Travel Date: from 23feb to 15mar 2020
     Passengers have to provide to AZ Sales Offices a self-declaration stating that they
     have stayed in the Italian areas (as above reported)  during the restriction period. 2.  Group Passengers who stayed in Italian areas of epidemiological risk COVID-19
      (as defined by D.P.C.M. 8 marzo  2020, D.L.  2 marzo 2020, n. 9)       Booking Date: up to 7 March 2020
      Travel Date: from 8mar to 3apr 2020
      Passengers have to provide to AZ Sales Offices a self-declaration stating
      that they have stayed in the Italian areas (as above reported) during
      the restriction period.

 3. Group passengers from/to Italy to destinations: Maldives, Mauritius,
    Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Japan, India, United Kingdom, USA, Argentina,
    Russia, Repubblica Ceca, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine, Montenegro,
    South Africa and group passengers in transit to/from Italy to the
    above listed destinations
    Travel Date: within the entry ban period imposed by local Authorities,
    or during the period of flights cancellation. 


 Group passengers falling in the above mentioned categories can take
 advantage of:
  •   Date/destination change by 30 November 2020 (based on the flights 
    availability and fare re-evaluation)
•   Refund of tickets issued
•   Waiver of cancellation penalties
 
 4. School Trips Point of Sale  ITALY.
     Travel date: up to 3 april 2020.
 

• Date/destination change by 30 November 2020 based on flights availability and fare re-evaluation (the school manager has to send to Alitalia a formal written request for the date/destination change);
• Refund of tickets issued (the school manager has to send to Alitalia a formal written request for the refund);
• Waiver of cancellation penalties if tickets are not issued (the school manager has to send to Alitalia a formal written request for the penalty waiver).

 5. School Trips Point of Sale OTHER COUNTRIES than Italy.
     Travel date: up to 3 april 2020.

 

• Date/destination change by 30 November 2020 based on flights availability and fare re-evaluation (the school manager has to send to Alitalia a formal written request for the date/destination change).

 6. Group passengers who planned to travel to attend sport events which have been
     postponed, cancelled or interdicted to spectators.
 

• Change to the new date allowed based on the flights availability and fare re-evaluation (travel agencies must send to AZ Sales Offices an official communication with the new date planned for the event);
•  Refund of tickets issued in case the event has been either cancelled or interdicted to spectators (passengers have to send to AZ Sales Offices proof that they were expected to attend the event, e.g. event ticket);
• Waiver of cancellation penalties if tickets are not issued in case the event has been either cancelled or interdicted to spectators (passengers have to send to AZ Sales Offices proof that they were expected to attend the event, e.g. event ticket).

 7. Groups booked on flights cancelled by Alitalia

• Repro by AZ to the same destination
• Change of origin/destination and fare re-evaluation

  8. Groups booked on routes cancelled by Alitalia

• Re-booking to different destination operated by AZ and fare re-evaluation
• Refund of tickets issued
• Waiver of cancellation penalties
