Repro Policy for: Flights cancellation AZ688/AZ689 from next March 14th 2020
 PASSENGERS HOLDING AZ ( ALITALIA TICKETS ISSUED ON CANCELLED FLIGHTS


Passengers holding Alitalia (AZ) tickets booked on cancelled flights have the right to select one of the following options, according to EU Regulation 261/2004.
Travel Agencies are requested to timely inform their clients
 PARTIALLY UNUSED TICKETS
 Rebooking activities will be carried out by Alitalia Contact Center.

Passengers owing inbound or outbound flights affected by cancellation are entitled for rebooking without penalty, as follow:

1. Flights AZ operating FCO/GRU , FCO/BUE and vice-versa, on first available class same cabin, in connection with GRU/SCL and BUE/SCL o and vice-versa, with SPA as follow:
o SPA G3 (Gol): GRU (San Paolo) – SCL (Santiago de Chile);
o CODE SHARE AR (Aerolinas Argentinas): BUE (Buenos Aires) – SCL (Santiago de Chile);
with booking on following classes (only selected RBDs)
o SPA G3 (Gol): Business Cabin D/F/L/C; Economy Cabin: O/B/N
o CODE SHARE AR (Aerolinas Argentinas): Class mapping Code Share

2 . In case rebooking is not available or passengers not willing to accept reprotection, refund without penalties of the residual value of ticket will be offered.
Rebooking / Reissue will have to be completed not later than March 31st 2020
 TOTALLY UNUSED TICKETS
 Refund activities will be carried out by Travel Agencies, for their own tickets and / or by Alitalia Contact Center.

Passengers owing one way or round trip tickets totally affected by cancellation, are entitled to ask for the full refund without penalty, in the original form of payment.

Passengers not willing to accept refund and requesting rebooking, will have to be addressed to Alitalia Contact Center to verify availability of possible rebooking.
Refund / Rebooking will have to be completed not later than March 31st 2020.
Passengers with “open tickets”, without reservation, will have the refund of the unused ticket.
 TICKET REISSUE and/or REVALIDATION
 E-ticket will be reissued/revalidated free of charge by Alitalia, inserting in the ‘Endorsement and Restriction’ box the note “SKCHG CANX SCL S2020”
