                        Subject: GST Refund Notification

1. This is to inform all that with effect from 01Sep 2018, all tickets and

    documents issued during period 01July 2017 to 31Mar 2018, will not

    be entertained and processed for GST (K3) refund at any of Air

    India’s ticketing/booking offices in the city and airport, call centre,

    website, mobile application and travel agents using GDS.

2. Also, tickets and documents originally issued with GST(K3) till 31Mar

    2018 but reissued during period 01Apr 2018 till 31Aug2018, can be

    submitted for refund only up to 31 Aug2018 but not later.

3. Any refund for GST (K3) processed after the above deadline will not be

    recoverable from the Government of India and hence will be a loss to

    the company. All such losses incurred due to processing of refund

    request past the last date will be recovered from the processer by way

    of Debit Notes/ADMs.
