Уважаемые коллеги, в связи с землетрясением в г. Осака все билеты c участком HGH=KIX могут быть переписаны на указанных ниже условиях. Пожалуйста сообщите пассажирам и субагентам, которые возможно выписали билеты с travel date 18 to 25 June

Due to earthquake occurred in Osaka on 18th. June, with immediate effect, rebooking will be waived for all tickets travel with HGH=KIX. Details are shown as below:

1. Applicable ticketing and travel period:

Ticketing period: Before 18th. June,2018;

Travel period: 18th. June 2018 till 25^th，June 2018

2. All Passengers Ticket Change:

a. One time free date change.

b. The new travel date must be on/before 10^th，July 2018.

c. Conform original fare rule if applying change again.

3. All Passengers Ticket non-voluntary refund:

a. All tickets non-voluntary refund applied.

b. Ticket non-voluntary refund should be done by original ticket issued place.
