Уважаемые коллеги,

Просим Вас обратить внимание на ряд изменений и новостей:

1.      С 01 марта 2017 года China Eastern Airlines вводит новые условия по комиссии. Более подробно с ними можно ознакомиться на сайте MU для агентов www.ce-air.ru в разделе «Комиссия». Пожалуйста, подпишите и пришлите по адресу: 119049, г.Москва, ул.Коровий вал, д.7, стр.1;

2.      Просим Вас своевременно информировать пассажиров о необходимости соблюдения визовых правил при перелетах рейсами а/к China Eastern, особенно пассажиров рейсов Москва-Сиань и Москва-Санья с технической посадкой в г.Шанхай. Более подробную информацию по данному вопросу можно получить на сайте MU для агентов www.ce-air.ru в разделе «Визовые правила и особенности перелетов»;

3.      В связи с ремонтом взлетно-посадочной полосы в а/п г. Коломбо (Шри-ланка)  с 6.01.17 по 6.04.17 года. Пассажирам, вылетающим рейсами mu231/232 и mu713/714, необходимо приезжать в аэропорт  за 5 часов до вылета. Регистрация на рейс будет закрыта за 1,5 часа до вылета.

4.      Напоминаем, что ограничение по выписке внутреннего сегмента по Китаю без международного сегмента действовал исключительно в период проведения саммита G20 в Ханчжоу в 2016 году. В настоящие время никаких ограничений на выписку внутреннего сегмента по Китаю без международного нет;

5.      С 13 января 2017 года регистрация пассажиров, вылетающих внутренними рейсами из аэропорта г. Хайкоу (о.Хайнань) Мэйлань HAK закрывается за 45 мин. до отправления рейса;

6.      В соответствии с Указом президента США Дональда Трампа вводятся ограничения на въезд в США граждан семи мусульманских стран: Иран, Ирак, Ливия, Сомали, Судан, Сирия и Йемен. В связи с этим авиакомпания China Eastern Airlines оставляет за собой право отказать в перевозке гражданам вышеперечисленных стран на рейсах, следующих в США. Ниже приводим более детальную информацию о сути ограничений на английском языке:

RE:  Presidential Executive Order Limiting Refugees into the United States

This afternoon, CBP provided additional guidance regarding the Executive Order that was issued on 27JAN2017.

Countries Impacted

Suspension of issuance of Visas and other Immigration Benefits for 90 days to Nationals of the following countries:

1. Iran
2. Iraq
3. Libya
4. Somalia
5. Sudan
6. Syria
7. Yemen

Entry to Nationals of these Countries is suspended effective 27JAN2017 for 90 days.  Non-immigrant, Immigrant Resident Aliens, Refugees and Assylees are all subject to this Order.  This means that a National of one of the Countries listed above, who lives in the United States is subject to the terms of this Order upon return from an overseas trip.  The Order also applies to previously issued Visas, which the State Department is now working to revoke. The only exception to the Order are the holders of the following Visa types:

1. Diplomatic
2. C2
3. NATO
4. G1, G2, G3, G4

Naturalized citizens of the United States are not covered under this Order.

Local Impact

CBP, along with the State Department, is working closely with overseas Embassies  to prevent individuals covered under this Order from boarding flights at the point of origin.  In cases where the individuals are permitted to board, they will be processed in the Admissibility Review Unit (ARU).  Individuals will be placed into expedited removal from the United States if they opt to withdraw their application for entry into the Untied States.  Individuals who either do not withdraw their entry applications or do not have the monetary means to return to their Country of origin will only be released when a return ticket is confirmed.

Does this only apply to Nationals or Passport holders?

At this time all Nationals of the seven listed Countries will be processed in the ARU.  Lawful, permanent residents are included in this Order. CBP is awaiting additional guidance from Washington.  

Are Flight Crews Exempt?

No.  Flight crew members who are Nationals of these countries are subject to the Order.

Do visits to one of these Countries Apply?

Visits are not covered under this particular Order, but remain subject to previous inspection protocol.

Does this Order apply to Dual-Citizens?

CBP is awaiting additional guidance.

Is CBP issuing fines to Airlines?

As of today, no.  This may change in the days to come and will be communicated at that time.
