Уважаемые коллеги,
Beijing Capital Airlines сообщает вам о том,
что согласно резолюции ИАТА №890, а/к Beijing
Capital Airlines запрещает авторизованным
иностранным агентам, лицам, действующим от лица
авторизованных иностранных агентов, или их
контрагентам использование карт, не
принадлежащих клиенту (в т.ч. виртуальных карт)
для совершения платежей по билетам
В случае нарушения данного запрета возможны
следующие санкции со стороны авиакомпании:
1. В случае оплаты бланка виртуальной картой,
бланк будет считаться неоплаченным, а а/к будет
выставлять штраф на сумму бланка посредством ADM
в адрес агента, выписавшего бланк
2. Авиакомпания имеет право в одностороннем
порядке приостановить авторизацию агента
3. Агент будет вынужден нести другие
обязательства и расходы, вызванные нарушением
данного условия
А/к также запрещает предоплату билетов
агентами от лица пассажиров.

Regulation: Customer Card’s Sales Rules and
Prohibition of Agent Settling Payment In Advance
for Customer
Beijing Capital Airlines international and
domestic offices:
According to the resolution 890 in the latest
version of IATA handbook, Customer Card refers
to “a physical payment card or a one-time use or
fixed account number that is issued in the name
of the Customer purchasing passenger air
transportation or Ancillary Services and/or who
is responsible for settling the transactions
with the entity that has issued the card,
excluding the Agent, any Person acting on behalf
of the Agent, and any of the Agent’s contracted
suppliers” (IATA Travel Agent’s Handbook, p198),
“unless specifically authorized by Airline”
(IATA Travel Agent’s Handbook, p220). A failure
to comply with the present paragraph will be
undertaken under the sole responsibility and
liability of the Agent toward the Airline
concerned.
Following IATA’s regulation, Beijing Capital
Airlines prohibits authorized international
agent, any Person acting on behalf of the Agent
and any of the Agent’s contracted suppliers from
using non-Customer Card. Any violations will
follow below rules:
1. “In the event of the Agent accepting a
type of Customer Card which is not accepted by
the Member/Airline whose Traffic Document is
being issued, the Member/Airline will charge the
non-payment from the card company to the Agent
by means of an Agency Debit Memo (ADM), or, in
non-BSP countries, a subsequent adjustment will
be made by the Member whose Traffic Document was
issued” (IATA Travel Agent’s Handbook, p220).
2. “A Member/Airline, in its sole discretion,
has the right to cancel its authority to use its
card acceptance merchant agreement, by notifying
the Agent in writing” (IATA Travel Agent’s
Handbook, p220).
3. Agent must take full liabilities and
responsibilities of any violation triggered
consequences.

Along with the Beijing Capital Airlines Card
Acceptance Merchant Agreement, Beijing Capital
Airlines also prohibits agents from paying
tickets in advance on behalf of customers.
Otherwise agents will take full liabilities and
responsibilities regarding the violation of this
regulation.
