ELDear partners ,

We would like to inform you that same day cancellation of tickets (void) is not permitted for the following booking classes (W , S , T , U , P , E).

Void is also not permitted for same day issuance in case of non show.
Void is not permitted in all booking classes within 3 hours (or less) prior departure.

 Any violation of these rules has as result ADM issuances.
