LATAM COMMERCIAL EXCEPTIONS

Due to:

Commercial flexibilities due to the Coronavirus situation for passengers with tickets issued in Brazil.

Customers traveling:

• Cancelled / rescheduled flights (dom / inter) 
• Tickets with domestic and international routes from Brazil 
• Journeys from/to  countries with border restrictions

Tickets issued until:

In Brazil, with flights until December 31, 2020.

Customers may choose ONE of the following ONE-TIME options:

Flexibility for customers with flights affected (point 1):

Flexibility on non-affected flights and to/from countries with travel restrictions (points 2 and 3):

Change of date/flight/routing/origin/destination:

- Without penalty, subject to cabin availability (without fare differences) and ticket validity.

If the customer is not sure about the new date of travel, s/he may choose to leave the ticket open (subject to tkt validity) and request the change later on according to the conditions stated above.

All changes must be made prior to the original flight departure otherwise reissue will be subject to all fare regulation.

The agent must contact LATAM Sales Support BEFORE the departure of the original flight to enter a remark on the ticket: CBR20MAR20.

When reissuing, insert the following remark in the Endorsements box:

Customers who DO NOT wish to change their tickets may request a refund according to:

You can manage it as a credit for future use (subject to ticket validity) or via a 12-month refund.

Subject to fare regulation, as a credit for future use (subject to ticket validity) or via refund payable in 12 months.
