Please be reminded that the UK Government announced that all customers (Residents and Visitors) entering the UK must provide their journey and contact details on the following online form.
The form must be completed before your customers arrive in the UK but not earlier than 48 hours before their arrival.
They’ll need to show their completed form when they arrive at the UK border, either by printing a copy, or showing it on their phone.
